I like to think that everyone that reads my site or follows my adventures will pick up something useful from it. I don't claim to be an expert, but I do know a bit and really like passing on things which I have learnt over the years.
I hope that by creating this site and updating it after each trip I can share my excitement, the ups and downs, the great days and the not so great, the big and the small and the fantastic wildlife I feel so priviledged to witness each and every time I sit on the bank.
